[Tile-serving] [mod_tile] Compiling with Mapnik master (3.x) (#55)

Oh nice, it compiles - when working around the configure bug (sorry, I haven't used autoconf before, so I couldn't fix it). It just modified the `Makefile`:
* add `-std=c++11` to `CXXFLAGS`
* add `-lboost_system` to `STORE_LDFLAGS`

It compiles all right, but when I start it with a mapnik XML file it segfaults (it does not segfault, when there's no configured entry in renderd.conf).

For reference I also compiled renderd with the same set-up (Ubuntu 14.04), even with the same modifications to the Makefile as above - it works fine.

Maybe you could have a second look? Thanks for your effort so far ... How can I help?
