[Tile-serving] [mod_tile] mod_tile works extemely slow (#90)

Probably not a mod_tile issue, but an unoptimized rendering issue.

Check your indexes. Also, check the iops you get on the drives - if it's based on a 2TB consumer drive, slow random iops and thuse slow rendering is to be expected.
