[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Duplicate Keys in Slim Mode - Way to get around this? (#216)

Hello,
I am working on a Windows platform with osm2pgsql updating Africa.  I currently am getting the following error:

Is it valid if I use osmconvert to export the ids and then perform a bit of sql to delete duplicate keys?  Even better is there a way for osm2pgsql to skip or overwrite the duplicate keys?
