[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Duplicate Keys in Slim Mode - Way to get around this? (#216)

I can answer part of my question, deleting the nodes the existing nodes really screws up the database.  I do not recommend doing that.  So back to my other point, can the program just ignore them?  Maybe add a flag?  or overwrite them?
