[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Duplicate Keys in Slim Mode - Way to get around this? (#216)

Thank you for that information.  I am actually clipping out the osc files from the daily diffs on the planet.osm site for just africa.  Should I ensure the extension is .osc not .pbf?

Does extension matter?
