[Tile-serving] [mod_tile] style.css not found (#107)

General "how do I set up a tile server" questions may be more likely to get an answer over at http://help.openstreetmap.org .  When asking there, it always helps to say what set of instructions you were following and where things started to go wrong, and also include details of the OS and version of that OS that you're using.
