[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] osm2pgsql 0.87.0 fails to build on some architectures due to incorrect Boost linking (#231)

I've dropped the patch and switched to use the --without-lockfree configure option in the Debian package for 0.87.2, the builds on the various architectures look good.
