[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Remove nocache flag from religion (#252)

We've declared it depreciated - https://github.com/openstreetmap/osm2pgsql/blob/master/default.style#L32

Nocache was removed from the other occurrences in default.style but this one got missed
