[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] error: ‘class OSMPBF::Blob’ has no member named ‘release_raw’ (#392)

This looks like residue from a previous build. Run `make distclean && ./autogen.sh && ./configure && make` to make sure everything is built properly.
