[Tile-serving] osm2pgsql github notifications

Are the osm2pgsql notifications still useful here? When they were 
started there was a lot less traffic on the github issue tracker, and 
some activity on Trac still.

Over the last month there have been 227 messages, of which 221 were from 
osm2pgsql Github.

I pay no attention to the messages, since I get them through a watch on 
the Github repo.
