[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] OOM killed after processing phase (#351)

Just for other users reference, I have the same issue with geofabrics europe.pbf (16G, 4cpu, SSD:120G).

$ osm2pgsql -C 8000 --slim --flat-nodes /second/nodes.flat --number-processes 4 /second/europe-latest.osm.pbf
