[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Test OS X with Travis (#349)

`.travis.yml` looks good, but multi-OS support needs manually enabling, and @travis is not [accepting multi-OS requests](http://docs.travis-ci.com/user/multi-os/#We-are-not-currently-accepting-multi-OS-requests).

Pulling in db5ea53d7307edd6ef333a768d364f9145edbf01 by itself. I might look at Jenkins or similar, if I can find a suitable machine.
