[Tile-serving] [mod_tile] Renderd not rendering (#113)

We even resized the AWS instance to have 16 GB of RAM and 8 CPUs. But tiles just don't get rendered for any zoom levels other than 1 and 2. The requests just time out. What are the trouble shooting steps do I need to take to resolve this?
