[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Importing Error (#453)

Make sure your system allows to overcommit memory. `cat /proc/sys/vm/overcommit_memory`should return 1 or 0.

To enable overcommit run `echo 0 > /proc/sys/vm/overcommit_memory` as root.
