[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/mod_tile] Unable to update boost library (#148)

I am trying to update my boost version 1.53.0 to 1.63.0 for installing mapnik 3.0.12. I have downloaded the tar file of the same but I don't know what to do next.
Please tell me the commands for updating the boost library.
