[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Add more tags from imports to list of deleted tags (#532)

I'm not sure about adding some of the ref tags - they're beyond what we've normally had in default.style. That doesn't mean I think it's a bad idea, but I'm not sure, and could use comments from others.
