[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Extreme slowdown while importing ways (#534)

Ok, while processing the ways, the disk which contains the flatnode file, es being used at 100%, and while processing the node, it was able to read/write to the disk with ~1GB/s and a usage of 20%, now it reads and writes with less then 1Gb/s and at a load of 100%. Any idea why is this happening?
