Works for me on a standard Debian. Are you on Windows?

You'll have to do a bit of debugging yourself here: try again with a small excerpt like Liechtenstein. If that has the same issue, please try with a standard import: `./osm2pgsql -S ../default.style liechtenstein-latest.osm.pbf`. If that works, reintroduce your custom parameters until you find the one that breaks it.
