[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] osm2pgsql segment fault with large node numbers (#578)

ImreSamu,  If the data I'm loading are elevation lines that overlay other maps would the node and way IDs be related to the node and way ID's for the maps? I'm thinking that as long as I have a full world of elevation lines I could renumber them all and that would work.  What do you think?
