[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/mod_tile] Serving ArcGIS Server Cache (#125)

Hello everyone,

I have more than 100 GB of cache generated by ArcGIS Server (the tiles are in png format).

Can mod_tile read and serve these tiles?
