[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] Segmentation fault while importing diff with tiles expire option (#651)

First thought - what has changed (osm2pgsql version, mod_tile tile expiry script, machine environment or data)?

I did notice a few problems with tile expiry (running out of memory) when I was looking at increasing zoom levels supported by rendering - see https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/User:SomeoneElse/mod_tile_28 and the links from there - but I'd be surprised if zoom level 17 was enough to cause the problem.
