[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/mod_tile] compile error in Ubuntu 16.04LTS (#150)

I google a lot, and find somebody to solve this problem. works fine!
`git clone https://github.com/S73417H/mod_tile/
cd mod_tile/
./autogen.sh
./configure
Make
sudo make install
sudo make install-mod_tile
sudo ldconfig`
