in the example that Marcos presented it was more like 25%.

As you have regular disks only, no SSD, my semi-blind educated guess
is that you'll find that especially the index building phase, will
take a substantial hit so that you may be even further away from
completing ...

But as others have already mentioned several times: it depends on
so many factors that all predictions are just educated guesses in
the end.

Asking "are we there yet?" repeatedly will not speed up the process
in any way ... :o
