[Tile-serving] Where can I find the debug check-list for tiles rendering

Hi all,

 

After multiple attempts in several directions, I am still unable to get
tiles.

I have certainly made some config mistake(s!) somewhere (Google led me to
several directions which are most probably not coherent).

Is there a typical check-list I could follow and adapt to get success here?
I would prefer not to restart the osm2pgsl step (5 hours from
france-latest.osm.pbf). but will happily do so if success is almost
guaranteed.
