[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] unclear "A --slim --drop import is generally the fastest way to import the planet" (#589)

The first sentence talks about the impact of ``--drop``, the second is about importing the planet. To drop "the planet" from the second sentence changes the meaning, and it would no longer be correct.

I've looked at this a few times and not come up with a better wording, nor do I find it unclear as is.
