[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] Why so slow, even after upgrading to full SSD system and doubling RAM to 32Gb? (#883)

You terminated it during the processing step, which is all single threaded. This is expected. You don't want swap to be used, and it shouldn't be with your settings.
