[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] Why so slow, even after upgrading to full SSD system and doubling RAM to 32Gb? (#883)

The numbers I gave above are fairly typical for an import on a system with 32GB RAM. More RAM will make it faster.

Closing the discussion here as tile rendering is off-topic for this repo. I would suggest to move the discussion to the [OSM dev mailing list](https://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/dev).
