[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] Bus Error in wkb.hpp (#806)

I've pushed a potential fix now in #808 but couldn't really test it as my Rhaspi seems to be quite happy with unaligned memory accesses. @iantfox could you please check if the PR fixes the issue for you?
