[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] Fix memory leak in node cache (#1030)

This fixes a memory leak in the node cache reported when compiling with clang sanitizers and running the tests. I am not sure though, whether this is a correct fix, because I don't understand all the code around it.
