[Tile-serving] Having trouble getting osm2pgsql to work

Just noticed this: 2019-06-25 07:40:57.872 ADT [14178] PANIC: could not
write to file "pg_xlog/xlogtemp.14178": No space left on device
Which is odd, because the SSD maxed out at 55% full.
