[Tile-serving] Looking for Tile Server Consultant

I hope this message is acceptable here.

I have been developing a webapp and, in development, have been using a
Dell R410 running a slightly modified version of mod_tile as a tile
server which was set-up using SomeoneElses's switch2osm guide.

I am looking for a consultant that could offer some guidance on
getting something similar set-up for production.  E.g. on stress/load
testing, provisioning options, caching options, Munin configuration,
etc.
