5cbb6f00dd291d70ecef681471a86ae884ab7a68  Move to long long parsing, which guarantees at least 64 bits and is more cross-platform compatible.
44abaa8ac924c7801e7cb2d0c63fa25ab637288a  Add tests for int4 columns, both normal numbers and for range parsing
