[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] osm2pgsql crashes silently when importing some Geofabrik extracts (#954)

I tried it on Linux with `--cache 1600` and Tanzania, osm2pgsql v0.96.0, it completed in ~ 11 minutes, no signs of silent crashes. What version/build are you using?
