[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] osm2pgsql crashes silently when importing some Geofabrik extracts (#954)

I used the windows binary 64-bit release 0.96.0

I can try on a win10 machine but I doubt that it will work.
I will try to compile the source code but any help is welcome anyways :)
