[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] Very slow node parsing on updates (caused by PG's jit) (#1045)

The way_nodes index is definitely a problem... so slow to build, larger than the data itself, bloating more than others... but hard to replace by something more efficient.

I've not looked yet at how imposm deals with that.
