[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] Remove reference to "new multi backend" on main page? (#1217)

The main github page for osm2pgsql still reference the "multi backend" as a "new" feature. This might confuse people, as the flex backend, although experimental, already superseded it:

Maybe it is better to remove the reference completely, or at least change it to being a "deprecated" feature of osm2pgsql?
