[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] [Flex] Slightly confusing documentation related to multi-geometry (#1218)

The **Command line options** section of the [flex backend documentation page](https://github.com/openstreetmap/osm2pgsql/blob/master/docs/flex.md) has slightly confusing statements about multi-geometries:

>     -G|--multi-geometry is not used. Instead, set the type of the geometry column to the type you want, ie polygon vs. multipolygon.

>   -G|--multi-geometry (Use the multi option on the geometry transformation instead.)

These two statements differ, and it not entirely clear if these are two different mechanism of how to set the multi-geometry handling, or just different wording for the same thing.
