[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/mod_tile] How to use mod_tile without Postgres and Renderd? (#204)

I wonder how can I use mod_tile with pre-rendered files. 

I have rendered meta files of the world. I lost my old VM. Now I have only metafiles.

Is it possible to use mod_tile in this way?

I've been looking for the answer for 3 days. I have tried almost everything. Tutorials that I have found using renderd+Postgres+mod_tile all together;
