[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] `way_area` in hstore instead of a separate column now? (Discussion #1589)

Thanks for the context!

Yes, I can probably change the queries to pull from the tags hstore column. I was hoping there was something I could change in the osm2pgsql style to replicate the old behavior. If that's not easy then I can focus on the queries path.
