[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/mod_tile] Error compiling on FreeBSD 10.3 (#136)

Included a note in the README to depend on `GNU/LInux` Operating Systems. Of course, we are happy to received Pull Requests to bring back support for other Unix variants. But we can't currently provide support for those.
