[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/mod_tile] Apache startup failure if shared memory segment already exists (#166)

I have `mod_tile` and `renderd` [running in a Docker container](https://git.gfz-potsdam.de/dynamicexposure/server-components/containers/docker-obm-tiles-raster/-/blob/master/Dockerfile) without any problems. Is there still a problem or can this be closed?
