@SomeoneElseOSM Just found [this patch](https://salsa.debian.org/debian-gis-team/libapache2-mod-tile/-/blob/master/debian/patches/0002-Change-to-fetch-minutely-updates-from-https-not-http.patch) we use on the Debian side that basically includes all the things of this PR that haven't made it to `master`, yet.

Don't you think this is helpful? I'd be happy to rerol but would like to know your criteria. Thank you.
