[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/mod_tile] Fix build with recent mapnik versions (#225)

[ǝɹʇʇɐʃǝ◖ xıʃǝɟ]

Just tested this with Debian `bullseye` using Mapnik 3.1.0 and while it compiles well without these changes, it fails after applying them:

```
src/gen_tile_test.cpp:46:10: fatal error: mapnik/geometry/box2d.hpp: No such file or directory
   46 | #include <mapnik/geometry/box2d.hpp>
      |          ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
compilation terminated.
```
