[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] possible memoryleak with 1.5.0 (#1539)

ok, it is done now, but there must be an error in memory reporting:

this system has only 32GB an _no_ swap at all. how could it possibly used 90gb peak?
