@mboeringa This issue is about missing geometries. You are not helping at all by giving lengthy descriptions about memory issues. If you can test case where you have observed missing geometries before and can check if exactly these missing geometry issues are gone, then you are welcome to comment here. Anything else: open up a new discussion thread in the discussion sections. I'm going to hide this off-topic discussion now and will delete all further off-topic comments without notice.
