[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/mod_tile] Module tile does not exist! #241 (#243)

For reference, [this is a Dockerfile I'm using with the packages](https://git.gfz-potsdam.de/dynamicexposure/server-components/containers/docker-obm-tiles-raster/-/blob/master/Dockerfile), and it works quite fine.
