[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/mod_tile] include details in error log message (#235)

I found this patch in my local branch. I don't recall why I added it. Probably wanted to debug some strange problems.
I once had faulty RAM in the server, maybe that caused some issues. Still having a proper error message doesn't seem to hurt, so proposing to include it.
