[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] Osm2pgsql failed due to ERROR: get_node_list failed: ERROR: relation "planet_osm_nodes" does not exist at character 59 (Issue #1690)

I installed it via `Ubuntu repository` : 
    
    raphy at pc:~$ sudo apt install osm2pgsql
    Reading package lists... Done
    Building dependency tree       
    Reading state information... Done
    osm2pgsql is already the newest version (1.2.1+ds-1build1).
    The following packages were automatically installed and are no longer required:
      python3-cliapp python3-markdown python3-packaging python3-pygments
      python3-pyparsing python3-ttystatus
    Use 'sudo apt autoremove' to remove them.
    0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 9 not upgraded.


I'm going to download and compile from `github`: https://github.com/openstreetmap/osm2pgsql
