Looks like your C++ lib is too old. The C++ lib that comes with GCC 7 should be new enough to work, I guess you have the original one from CentOS 7 which is far too old. You might be able to get it to work somehow but I suggest you switch to a more modern distro, then everything should just work out of the box.
