[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] osm2pgsql-replication: command not found on Ubuntu 20.04 (Discussion #1695)

As you can see on Image, I did `sudo apt-get install osm2pgsql` and it installed osm2pgsql of version 1.4.1.
Do you have any opinion about this?
To update from `osm2pgsql 1.4.1`  to `osm2pgsql 1.4.2`, how can I do?
